Help Alberto replace the rear axle and return to work

Without my ride-share car Alberto can't work; a $650 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 7 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $650. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $650 goes: • Towing and inspection: $180 • Labor charges: $290 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $180 Every share and every dollar helps.
