Help Alberto replace the radiator and cooling system and return to work

Without my ride-share car Alberto can't work; a $400 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 5 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $400. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $400 goes: • Labor charges: $185 • Towing and inspection: $85 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $130 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly. - Alberto

Updates from Alberto

Thank you all. We're at 17% now ($69). I'm honestly stunned. we've started the first stage.
Quick update: $44 raised so far (11%). I met with the mechanic and confirmed the amounts. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
Good news. Because of your gifts ($15 in total) the plan for towing and inspection is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely. - Alberto
