A disconnection notice for water arrived and Akello needs $100 before November.

The water account is 4 months behind. Akello received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Akello called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Akello is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
