Help Aisha save Tucker - surgery needed
Tucker, Aisha's rabbit, needs urgent treatment for bloat costing $350.
Anywhere in the world1,308 views
Tucker is my rabbit of six years. On 10 August we rushed to the Lagos Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Lagos Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Tucker's recovery.
Where the $350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $260
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $45
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
Updates from Aisha
Small update. $136 so far, I met with the vet clinic and confirmed the amounts.
Good news. Because of your gifts ($171 in total) the plan for emergency surgery is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
