Help Aileen afford 10 counseling sessions
Aileen is working through military deployment and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After military deployment, Aileen has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Cebu City Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each.
Aileen has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Aileen could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Aileen, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
