The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Auckland Wellbeing Centre cost $75 each. Aiden has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Aiden could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
