Help Afia pay for a craniotomy at Accra Community Hospital

Afia was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in April. The surgeon at Accra Community Hospital recommended a craniotomy, and She is scheduled for June. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,200, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $900 short.
my mother has been in and out of Accra Community Hospital since April. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without a craniotomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,200 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Afia struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Afia won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
