Adrián is one term away from finishing a computer science degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $1,050.

Adrián is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Guadalajara Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,050.
The registrar has said Adrián can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Adrián has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Adrián would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Adrián isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Guadalajara Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
