Help Adrian afford 16 counseling sessions

After burnout at work, Adrian has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Leeds cost $60 each.
Adrian has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Adrian could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
