Sunny is my cat of nine years. On 18 March we rushed to Nsukka Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Nsukka Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
