Abril won a place at Corpus Christi International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Corpus Christi
Abril earned a place in Year 10 at Corpus Christi International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $1,100, which is more than they have. Abril loves mathematics and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $1,100 goes: • Laptop: $710 • School uniform and shoes: $110 • Textbooks and workbooks: $200 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $80 I hope life is good to you. - Cristian

Updates from Cristian

  1. Wanted to say thank you properly. 35% funded and I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts. - Cristian

  2. Small update. $240 so far, the plan for textbooks and workbooks is now scheduled.

  3. Update from Corpus Christi: I made the first payment toward calculator, stationery and a school bag. We're at 13% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.
