Help Abril pay for ACL reconstruction at Saint Luke Hospital
A scheduled ACL reconstruction in May is out of reach without help covering $4,250 of the cost.

Abril was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst in March. The surgeon at Saint Luke Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and She is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $7,000, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $4,250 short.
my mother has been in and out of Saint Luke Hospital since March. The doctors say a large ovarian cyst will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $7,000 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Abril struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Abril won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
