After bullying at school, Abigail has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Nottingham cost $90 each.
Abigail has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Abigail could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

Quick update: $26 raised so far (2%). the plan for psychiatric assessment is now scheduled. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
