Help Abhishek with an overdue heating bill before winter

The heating account is 3 months behind. Abhishek received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $105 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in March. Abhishek called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
