Aarón was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Medellín Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Aarón is 28, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Medellín Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,450
• Household costs while unable to work: $440
• Scans and lab work: $360
