Aditi, my mother, passed away on 21 September after a long fight with kidney disease. She was 83 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $200 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 4 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Aditi to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Transport of the deceased: $30
• Memorial gathering for the family: $30
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $140
