Heating shut-off notice: help Wesley pay $650
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Wesley needs $650 before November.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Wesley received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $650 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Wesley called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $90 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Wesley is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
