Heating shut-off notice: help Waylon pay $750

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $750. I have never been late before July's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $95 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
