Heating shut-off notice: help Vandana pay $100
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Vandana needs $100 before July.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $100. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Utility arrears: $65
• Reconnection and late fees: $10
• Down payment on a payment plan: $25
