Heating shut-off notice: help Stefano pay $700
Stefano is behind on heating bills after a reduction in hours and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $700. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $700 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $480
• Reconnection and late fees: $70
• Down payment on a payment plan: $150
