Heating shut-off notice: help Sara pay $100
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Sara needs $100 before September.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in July.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $5 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Water arrears: $50
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
