Heating shut-off notice: help Samuel pay $650
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Samuel needs $650 before September.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $650. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $155 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Samuel's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $650 goes:
• Utility arrears: $280
• Reconnection and late fees: $175
• Down payment on a payment plan: $195
Thanks for reading all this.
