Rory is behind on heating bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $950 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Rory received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $950 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Rory called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Rory is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Rory's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
