Heating shut-off notice: help Otieno pay $100
Otieno is behind on heating bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 3 months behind. Otieno received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Otieno called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Otieno is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Otieno's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
