Heating shut-off notice: help Novi pay $150
Novi is behind on heating bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Novi's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Electricity arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
