Heating shut-off notice: help Nimra pay $50
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Nimra needs $50 before August.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $50. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $50 goes:
• Utility arrears: $35
• Reconnection and late fees: $10
• Down payment on a payment plan: $5
