Heating shut-off notice: help Nafula pay $100

The heating account is 3 months behind. Nafula received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Nafula called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
