Lillian called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $170 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Lillian is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
