Heating shut-off notice: help Kwabena pay $100

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $100. I have never been late before July's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
