José called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $55 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
José is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
