Heating shut-off notice: help Joko pay $150
Joko is behind on heating bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.
🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia911 views
The heating account is 4 months behind. Joko received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Joko called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Joko is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Heating arrears: $65
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $55
Thank you for reading my story.

It's all in the list in the story. heating arrears is the big one at $65, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Ask me anything else.
