Help Jerome cover an overdue heating bill so the household stays safe this the cold months.

The heating account is 4 months behind. Jerome received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Jerome called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Jerome is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
