Heating shut-off notice: help Inna pay $150

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in January.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Gas arrears: $65
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $55
