Heating shut-off notice: help Henok pay $100
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Henok needs $100 before August.

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $100. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
