Heating shut-off notice: help Harold pay $800
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Harold needs $800 before October.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $800. I have never been late before June's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $125 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $800 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $340
• Reconnection and late fees: $180
• Down payment on a payment plan: $280
