Heating shut-off notice: help Guadalupe pay $200
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Guadalupe needs $200 before December.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Guadalupe received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $200 is paid. She had never been late before September's medical emergency.
Guadalupe called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Guadalupe is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $200 goes:
• Gas arrears: $120
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $50
