The heating account is 4 months behind. Gregory received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $600 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Gregory called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Gregory is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
