Heating shut-off notice: help Eugene pay $800
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Eugene needs $800 before September.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $800. I have never been late before losing my job in July.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $125 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Eugene's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
