Hazel's bloat: help with the vet bill

Hazel is my senior cat of six years. On 10 September we rushed to the Manila Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
