I'm launching a cleaning company in Yokohama next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Thinking of you and your family. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too. All the best.
Take care, Haruka. I hope things turn around soon. I went through something like this 4 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Campinas.

Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Yokohama.
Praying for you, Haruka. Small businesses are the heart of Yokohama. Hope you're open again soon. Greetings from Warsaw.
