Harmony Primary School needs a repair café workshop - Sebastião's neighborhood project

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $650. It will serve about 525 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $650 goes: • Materials: $400 • Permits and inspections: $55 • Safety equipment and signage: $135 • Tools hire and delivery: $60 I hope life is good to you.
