Harmony Primary School needs a repair café workshop - Josephine's neighborhood project

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $1,400, and the remaining cost is $3,250. It will serve about 111 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $3,250 goes: • Materials: $2,200 • Permits and inspections: $290 • Safety equipment and signage: $390 • Tools hire and delivery: $370 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot. - Josephine
