Harmony Primary School needs a rainwater harvesting system - Jigna's neighborhood project

We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $150 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $150. It will serve about 363 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $150 goes: • Permits and inspections: $35 • Tools hire and delivery: $75 • Safety equipment and signage: $40 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to. - Jigna
