Harmony Park needs a covered market stall space - Alexa's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $1,900 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Park, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $1,900.
It will serve about 155 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,900 goes:
• Materials: $1,250
• Permits and inspections: $230
• Safety equipment and signage: $220
• Tools hire and delivery: $200
