Hande's path to healing - a structured recovery program in Istanbul
After years of caregiving, Hande has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $405.

After years of caregiving, Hande has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Istanbul Wellbeing Centre cost $25 each.
Hande has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hande could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Hande, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
