After a house fire, Hae-won has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Seoul Counselling Collective cost $60 each.
Hae-won has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hae-won could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Hae-won, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
