Hadas received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
After a car accident, Hadas is 2 months behind on rent and has a 10-day notice to quit from the landlord.

When my hours were cut in half in December, Hadas fell 2 months behind on rent. Last Friday a 10-day notice to quit was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $2,350.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by March, the family must leave.
There are 4 children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Hadas has started working extra hours at a market stall, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• First month of rent as a buffer: $730
• Rent arrears (2 months): $1,450
• Utilities in arrears: $170
