Guadalupe's final semester of a law degree in Cali
Guadalupe has worked and saved for four years to study a law degree; a $1,250 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Guadalupe is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at the Cali Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,250.
The registrar has said Guadalupe can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Guadalupe has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Guadalupe would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Guadalupe isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Cali Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $300
• Final term tuition: $770
• Exam and lab fees: $80
• Textbooks and materials: $100
