Graciela needs a stair-climbing aid that the health system won't fund; the cost is $2,250.

Graciela lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at Veracruz General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,250.
Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 3 weeks.
With the right equipment Graciela could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
