Grace needs a soldering station and testing tools to reopen a phone repair counter
A phone repair counter in Gold Coast needs help replacing a soldering station and testing tools after a long illness and repossession.

For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Gold Coast. In March, a long illness and repossession took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $1,900
• Shop repairs and licensing: $450
• Working capital for the first month: $650
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Keep going, Grace. Small businesses are the heart of Gold Coast. Hope you're open again soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
Sending strength, Grace. Hope you get there
Stay strong, Grace. I hope things turn around soon. After 30 years in hospitality I know how hard it is to ask for anything. All the best.
